Where is the Action? At the sales meeting this week, our broker provided a snap shot of pending sales for the last 30 days. While this is Sarasota Proper focused, it is a good overview of our market in general. Very interesting and probably counter intuitive. More volume pended in the under $300,000 market than pended for all properties over $1,000,000. The same for the $300,000 to $600,000 market.
