Student Architectural Challenge & Competition
Hosted by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty & SPG
Visit: InspireIndianBeach.com

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (Premier) and the Schemmel Property Group (SPG) have the pleasure of marketing one of the most extraordinary single family residential properties available for many years on the west coast of Florida.

This property is a remarkable 5 acre “estate” site with huge, mature, oaks and hickorys and over 600 feet of westerly frontage (think amazing sunsets and wide water views) along the waters of Sarasota Bay. The property also includes two existing homes situated to serve as future guest, staff or office quarters.

It is anticipated that the new owner of this extremely valuable and prestigious site will add a principal residence and extensive landscape/hardscape to complete his or her ideal luxury residential “estate-compound”.

In an attempt to explore the vast array of possibilities for the design of such an estate on this site, Premier and SPG have created this competition for architectural students entitled “Inspire Indian Beach”.

The competition, which is open to students around the world, seeks to explore the most amazing residential concepts for this site. Please see the details below.
