The Schemmel Property Group recently teamed up with The Showcase of Homes, a weekly television broadcast shown every Saturday morning at 7:00 am and Sunday morning at 11:30 on ABC 7 focusing on comminities, neighborhoods and luxury properties throughout the Suncoast.
We worked with the Showcase of Homes team to devote the entire broadcast to Prestancia and some of the homes we have available for sale. The show aired on Saturday September 25th and Sunday September 26th. The Prestancia segment provides an in-depth look at the comminity and TPC Prestancia golf course. In addition, we tour a few properties to show you the many lifestyle options available in this unique community.
