835 Norsota Way, a spectacular Italian renaissance bay front residence on Siesta Key, offered buyers 6,339-sf directly on the Sarasota Bay and one of the area’s most prestigious addresses. The home site boasts over 150 feet of frontage, making it perfect for an elaborate waterfront home. Given the almost absolute lack of new construction inventory on barrier islands, this sale recognized the affluent buyer’s shift towards land purchases with plans to construct new homes. This vacant parcel sold for $1,300,000 on May 27, 2010.
