Estate with Sarasota Circus History on Market for $1.39 Million

The nearly 4,000-square-foot home was once owned by members of the Loyal-Repensky equestrian family.

John Ringling is said to have dined there. Circus performers practiced their acts on the grounds.

The home built in 1925 was once owned by members of the Loyal-Repensky equestrian family, including circus stars Jules Loyal and Pat Satarelli, and later by Albertina and Aldemaro Catarzi.

The gated estate at 2530 Prospect St. was painstakingly restored and expanded by the current owners, who have lived there for the past quarter-century. The home is listed for sale for $1.39 million by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
