We have been on a bit of a roller coaster ride on Siesta Key as far as market activity in 2005 and 2006, moving quickly from a Seller’s market at the beginning of 2005 to a more defined Buyer’s market at the end of 2005 and into 2006.Year to date 2006 has seen very reasonable activity for Sanderling Club Properties.
