We did see the market move rather swiftly in The Oaks in 2005 and the beginning of 2006. As the market accelerated in 2005 and new communities such as The Founders Club and the Concession came “on line” the true value of The Oaks community has become more and more apparent.Year to date 2006 activity has been very reasonable for the market. The number of homes available for sale has been gradually increasing over the last several months after a flurry of sales earlier in the year.
