Wow - there has been quite a bit of activity in Prestancia over the last several months! Renovations at the clubhouse are progressing and we are slowly saying goodbye to the Teal Green.  The Stadium Course renovations are in full swing and we look forward to new challenges.  All of this on the tail-end of major renovations at [...]

We did see the market move rather swiftly in Prestancia in 2005. As the market around us accelerated, we were able to capture our piece of the cake. The word is also getting out there about what a great community Prestancia really is - Palmer Ranch’s Best Kept Secret.
